Your Truckin Photos

Your Photo Gallery

You pull up for a break somewhere across the paddock and the sun is setting over your rig, the fading light reflecting off the windscreen and chrome. Or maybe it’s showing all that dust collected on your run. Either way, you look at it proudly and think, ‘Hmmm. She looks pretty cool.’

This is where we ask you to send in your photographs of your truck in all its glory.

Maybe you’re at the docks and she looks good against a towering backdrop of containers. Anywhere, any place – it doesn’t matter. Grab your phone, take a snap and send it to us at kermie@truckinwithkermie.com

This is not a competition. We just want to share your truck with everyone else.

However, each month – just for the hell of it - we’ll pick the ‘Photo of the Month’ and do a bit of a story about you and your truck. The winner may not necessarily be the best photo technically – but rather one that tells a story. We’ll also send the monthly winner a Truckin with Kermie cap, which in these early days is sure to be a rare item indeed!

At the moment of course, as this site is brand new to the trucking world, we don’t have any of your pics as yet.

So we’ll kick off with a few of, possibly the best truck photographs I’ve ever seen. They have been generously provided by one Robbie ‘Dingo’ Rose who is no doubt known to many of you. Robbie’s been driving trucks since he was big enough to climb into them. Along the way he bought a camera and took a couple of happy snaps.

The happy-snapping turned into an obsession – the results of which you see here. We are proud to have one of Rob’s photographic works of art as the logo for this page.

You’ll be pleased to know that Dingo has put down his camera for the time being to concentrate on rebuilding his Ford Louisville, so no competition from that corner.

So get those photos in and in the meantime have a gander at the brilliant work of Robbie Rose….
