(Covid) Convoy to Koroit 2021 - The Final Cut

On January 23, 2021, The Koroit Truck Show was meant to take place. As with so many other truck shows over the past year it was not meant to be.

Enter Shirl McCosker, once the chief cook and bottle washer at Koroit. Never one to lay down and kick his feet in the air, Shirl decided a convoy – beginning from his base in Gippsland to Koroit in Victoria’s western District was the go.

“I’ll start on my lonesome and those that want can join in on the way,” said Shirl.

Join in they did and what could have been a non-event turned into a great day (and night) for those that came along.

This is the final cut of the event. Enjoy.
