Hino’s Super Towie for V8 Supercars
Hino have long been associated with Super Car Racing, both in sponsorship of Team 18, with Frosty Winterbottom and Scott Pye, as well as the use of their vehicles as the go-to for towing the cars that don’t make it to the finish line.
Now, in conjunction with Kyokuto, Hino have a rig perfectly suited to the racetrack, in that it folds down to a totally flat position. It is also operated remotely, keeping the operator out of harm’s way on the racetrack.
Reckon I might need one of these for when my Ferrari breaks down. It’ll save damage to the front end for sure.
