Ballarat IVECO appointed full-line IVECO dealership

Prospective IVECO owners in the broader Ballarat region of Victoria, now have improved access to the entire IVECO van and truck range, following Ballarat IVECO’s transition from a parts and service provider to full line IVECO dealership.

Operating from a newly completed, state-of the-art $15M facility in Mitchell Park, the expansive 15,000m² site offers a large indoor showroom, a generous parts warehouse and workshop that includes 15 truck bays, six light vehicle bays and a full length ‘drive over’ B-Double pit.

These features are complemented by ample customer parking areas and amenities including customer lounge and fully equipped driver’s room with bed, shower and toilet.

Ballarat IVECO Dealer Principal, Ian Deacon (pictured above), said that having operated as an IVECO Parts and Service dealership for the region for approximately five years, he was keen to further grow the relationship with IVECO.

“I’ve been really impressed with the IVECO range in recent years – the brand offers an excellent spread of models spanning from passenger car licence vans and light trucks through to B-Double capable prime movers, and there’s a real quality to the range as well,” Ian said.

“I’m excited to be able to provide our customers with additional choice through the IVECO line-up. Interest and feedback since our appointment has already been excellent and we’ve had significant enquiry on Daily and S-Way in particular.”

Along with having Ian – who is a 24-year veteran of the commercial vehicle industry – at the helm of the dealership, he is ably supported by a dedicated IVECO sales manager, team of experienced consultants and factory-trained technicians.

IVECO ANZ Managing Director, Glen Dyer, welcomed Ballarat IVECO’s expanded role as a full line IVECO dealership.
